Militant Legacy Project

Success Without Purpose
Is Just Accumulation.

What you build means nothing if you don't invest it forward.

The Problem

Most People Who Make It Forget.

I didn't survive South Central LA just to optimize my own bank account. I built what I have because someone believed discipline could take me further than my circumstances.

Now I show the next generation the same thing.

Through Militant Legacy Project, I invest in young men navigating the same adversity I came from—violence, poverty, lack of opportunity, no blueprint.

The men I work with get it: what you build means nothing if you don't invest it forward.

What We Provide

Mentorship. Visibility. Opportunity.

We don't hand out fish. We teach them to hunt.

01

Mentorship & Discipline Training

One-on-one mentorship for young men navigating adversity. We teach decision-making frameworks, mental resilience, and long-term thinking—the same systems I used to get out.

  • Monthly group sessions
  • Quarterly 1-on-1 check-ins
  • Access to Sherman for high-stakes decisions
02

Visibility & Experience

Exposure to worlds they didn't know existed. Clippers games. USC football. Speaking at schools. Showing young men there are paths beyond the chaos.

  • Ticket giveaways (Clippers, USC, Lakers)
  • Speaking engagements at local schools
  • Networking with successful entrepreneurs
03

Military Pathway Support

For those who want structure and discipline, we provide guidance on military service. Not everyone's path is college. Some need order, brotherhood, and a mission.

  • Connections to recruiters (Army, Navy, Marines)
  • ASVAB prep support
  • Transition planning post-service
04

Entrepreneurial Track

For those who want to build, we provide the frameworks. Business fundamentals. Project management basics. Mental infrastructure for long-term execution.

  • Business planning workshops
  • Introduction to PMP frameworks
  • Access to Sherman's advisory network

Operating Philosophy

We Don't Save People.
We Show Them The Path.

01. Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation fades. Discipline lasts. We teach systems, not speeches. Frameworks, not feelings.

02. Exposure Over Handouts

We don't give them money. We give them visibility. Show them what's possible. Then hold them accountable to build it themselves.

03. Accountability Over Sympathy

We don't make excuses for them. We hold the standard. If they want better, they earn it. We just show them how.

04. Long-Term Over Quick Fixes

This isn't a one-time event. It's ongoing mentorship. We stay involved. We check in. We hold them to what they said they'd do.
