I am an entrepreneur, executive producer, and founder of Militant Grind and Black Fortitude. I bring an MBA, a PMP credential, and experience building businesses, leading projects, and carrying real responsibility.
I grew up in South Central Los Angeles. At 19, I moved to Atlanta and attended Morehouse. That chapter brought ambition, uncertainty, and periods without a stable place to live. I had to learn the difference between wanting a different life and taking responsibility for building one.
Becoming a husband and a father of four made that responsibility personal. The work was no longer only about what I could achieve. It was about the example I set, the promises I kept, and the people who depended on me.
My work spans entrepreneurship, project leadership, real estate, and entertainment. An MBA gives me a framework for business decisions. My PMP brings the discipline of scope, priorities, and execution. Experience has taught me that neither matters unless you follow through. That is the standard I bring to coaching.

Ambition has a purpose when it serves the people who matter. Love asks for presence. Honor asks you to keep your word, carry your responsibilities, and show up when it counts.
For me, fatherhood makes that standard personal.

Strength is built through repetition. Discipline is keeping the commitment when the excitement has passed.
Training and Spartan races have given me a direct measure of that work. In life, the same question remains: what will you follow through on?

Experience becomes useful when you examine it. The lessons from family, entrepreneurship, professional work, and setbacks shape the questions I ask and the perspective I bring.
Put perspective into practice ↗In the work. In the arena. With the people who matter.

The turning point: taking responsibility for his own leadership.
Graduating from school and completing a meaningful personal goal.
Losing weight, improving fitness, and making better food choices.
