Privacy Policy
Information you share
Militant Grind collects the name, email, interest, and message you choose to submit. We use these details to respond to your request. Marketing updates require a separate optional consent.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in our WordPress administration system and may be emailed to Sherman Perryman. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. We do not sell your inquiry information.
Cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce may use essential cookies for sessions, carts, accounts, and security. Non-essential cookies should only be used with your choices reflected in our cookie controls.
Your choices
To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent, contact sherman@blackfortitude.com. Do not submit sensitive medical information through this site.
Payments
Paid checkout is not yet enabled. Any future payment provider and related data processing will be disclosed before paid transactions are accepted.
Free guide signups
When you request the 7-Day Dominion Reset, we save your name, email address, signup source, submission date, privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing preference, and download count privately in this website. We use these details to fulfil your request and understand interest in our resources. A necessary, secure browser cookie provides download access for 24 hours. We use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated requests.
Ongoing journal, coaching, and product updates are optional and require the separate checkbox on the form. Downloading the guide does not subscribe you automatically. You can withdraw your marketing permission or request access to or deletion of your information through the contact page. We do not display signup details publicly.
Client coaching portal
Registered clients may save coaching goals, service interests, time zone, practical training preferences, workout completion logs, check-ins, appointment requests and messages. These records are used to deliver and administer nonclinical training and coaching. Each client can access their own portal records; site administrators who manage coaching and the hosting infrastructure can access stored information. Creating an account does not enroll a client in a service.
Portal records are stored in the site database and its backups. Messages and scheduling updates appear in the portal; automated email or SMS delivery is not configured for these portal updates. This portal is for goals, habits and practical coaching, and should not contain medical records, diagnoses or clinical notes. Mindset and wellness coaching is not licensed therapy.
Clients may update their goals and account details or request access to or deletion of their personal information through their coach. Verified requests can be handled using WordPress privacy export and erasure tools. Erasure of live records does not immediately remove separately retained backups. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and any separately agreed session terms.
Coaching applications and assigned coaches
Applicant accounts collect a full name and phone number. The coaching intake also records city/country, background, goals, service interests, reasons for applying, practical obstacles, availability, readiness, preferred contact method, time zone and optional training preferences. These details help us review fit, arrange a private introduction and administer coaching.
Creating an account or submitting an intake does not approve services. An administrator records the completed introduction, approves selected services and assigns a coach. Assigned coaches can access the applicant/client intake and coaching records for clients assigned to them. Administrators retain management access. Application and coach assignment changes are recorded in the private portal activity history. Account, application and portal information can be included in verified WordPress privacy export/erasure requests.
Starting point and client journey
The starting-point tool uses three selected preferences to suggest a coaching service. Guest answers are processed for the result and are not saved as an assessment record. Signed-in applicants may choose to save these preferences to their account. Saved preferences are visible to administrators and the currently assigned coach and may prefill service interests and readiness in the intake, which the applicant can change.
The Client Journey Manager displays milestones drawn from existing portal records. Administrators and assigned coaches may save practical tasks, instructions, visibility, due dates, task status, progress-review dates and next-program conversation dates. Tasks are staff-only unless deliberately shared with an approved client. Clients can complete their own shared open tasks. Journey updates record the staff or client actor. These features do not automatically approve services, book appointments, renew a program, take payment or send promotional messages. Portal and starting-point information can be included in verified WordPress privacy export/erasure requests. Due reminders appear in the staff dashboard.
Campaign attribution and optional coaching reminders
Tagged campaign links identify a promotion, source and medium. We record completed guide requests/downloads, applicant accounts, saved starting points, completed intakes, introduction requests, approved clients and paid orders against a campaign where the tag is available. The first tagged account conversion may be associated with later application milestones. Conversion records link to the relevant account, guide request or order. No advertising pixel, visitor-tracking cookie, session recording, IP address or full browsing history is added by this feature. Campaign parameters can remain in internal links and form submissions; attribution is incomplete when tags are removed.
Conversion records are retained for 365 days. Paid-order values reflect recorded order totals less refunds and are grouped by currency. We do not send this data to an external analytics service. Other site tools and hosting access logs may have separate practices.
Account holders can separately opt into one unfinished-intake reminder after 48 hours and/or a reminder the day before a coach-set progress-review date. These preferences are optional and separate from promotional subscriptions. Existing users are not opted in automatically. Recipients can change preferences in Account details or unsubscribe using an email link. Reminder records store the account ID, reminder type, due date, status, attempt count and update time; the current account email is used when sending. Finished queue records are retained for 90 days. Consent preferences and duplicate-prevention markers stay with the account until changed or erased. Militant Grind coaching reminders contain practical next-step links without intake answers, clinical notes or personalized coaching content. Reminders do not confirm appointments, grant access, renew programs or take payment.
Campaign records, reminder preferences and delivery records can be included in verified WordPress privacy export/erasure requests. Access to campaign reports and reminder controls is restricted to site administrators. Existing source records, order records and hosting backups have separate retention requirements.
